Foot reflexology is a complementary therapy that works through the feet to support whole-body wellbeing. Whether you're navigating stress, chronic pain, foot discomfort or simply craving an hour to yourself, each session is personalised to how you're feeling and what you need on the day.

Relief for busy minds and tired bodies

Modern life asks a lot of us. Long hours on our feet, ongoing stress, mental overload, poor sleep and physical tension can gradually leave us feeling depleted or simply out of balance.
While relaxation is an important benefit of reflexology, working through the feet can have wider effects beyond simply helping you to unwind.

Sessions are designed to help:
  • reduce the effects of everday stress and mental overload
  • ease physical tension and discomfort, including tired, painful or numb feet
  • support circulation and the body's natural restorative processes
  • encourage balance through reflex and merdian pathways
  • promote body awarness and a greater sense of overall wellbeing.

What exactly is reflexology?

Reflexology is a therapeutic practice based on the understanding that different areas of the feet correspond with organs, systems and structures throughout the body.

Using focused pressure, specialised reflexology techniques and foot massage, these areas are worked to stimulate the feet and support responses throughout the body.

Many experience reflexology as a deeply calming and grounding treatment.

Meet Toria

Hi, I'm Toria. My fascination with reflexology began with an appreciation of just how much our feet can tell us – and their remarkable connections with the rest of the body.
My approach is grounded in traditional reflexology and shaped by an ongoing interest in the nervous system, energy balance and the wider role our feet play in our health, movement and wellbeing.
