Meet Toria Macgregor

Hi, I’m Toria, a reflexologist in Albany. I’m passionate about how our feet do so much more than carry us – they support our posture, influence our health and connect us to a deeper sense of wellbeing.
I’m a big believer in the body’s innate ability to heal when we’re given the time and space to truly slow down.

So much of how we feel – physically, emotionally and energetically – is shaped by the state of our nervous systems, and my work gently supports that return to balance.

My approach

Every treatment I offer is tailored to how you feel on the day. Whether you’re dealing with stress or burnout, chronic foot pain, or a simply feeling of being out of balance, you’ll be met with warmth, calm and care.

No pressure to talk, fix or perform – just the space to rest and come back to yourself.
Toria Macgregor, Reflexologist

How reflexology found me

It was a single session of reflexology that first opened my eyes to the connection between our feet and our overall wellbeing. Not long after, I embarked on my diploma training and was fascinated with how this subtle yet powerful therapy could invite such deep relaxation and reset the body’s natural rhythm.

Over the years since, I’ve experienced first-hand how reflexology can help to calm the nervous system, ease pain and tension, and help people feel more grounded, balanced and connected in themselves.

This work is my passion, and it’s a real honour to walk alongside my clients on their journeys.

Outside the treatment room

When I’m not in the treatment room, you’ll often find me with my hands in the soil, feet on the earth or nose in a book. With a background in writing, from time to time I support other therapists and businesses to help them communicate what they do with clarity and ease.

If you're looking for a gentle, grounded and personalised approach to reflexology,  get in touch – I’d love to share this incredible practice with you.

Advanced training and professional development

I’m a fully qualified and insured reflexologist with a Diploma in Reflexology from the York School of Holistic Therapies in North Yorkshire.
In 2021, my husband and I relocated to Albany – the place we love and are now proud to call home – and I've been supporting clients with reflexology ever since.

Each year I continue to deepen my knowledge and skills through ongoing professional development, so I can continue to support clients in the best possible ways. This includes advanced training courses, industry webinars, conferences, local practitioner meet-ups, as well as reading the latest books, reflexology research and emerging insights in holistic health.

Since qualifying, I have completed the following advanced reflexology courses and workshops:
  • Reflexology for Women's Health – Hagar Basis, Reflexology Academy, UK
  • Fertility Reflexology – Green Tara College, Ireland
  • Structural Bodywork (Arches & Legs) – Anatomy Trains, Fremantle
  • Nerve Reflexology (An Introduction) – Carol Samuel, Reflex Master, UK
  • Mindful Reflexology (for Stress, Anxiety and Depression) – Sally Earlam Reflexology, UK
  • Headaches & Migraines – Sally Earlam Reflexology, UK
  • Fascial Reflexology Approach: The Importance of the Feet in the Fascial System – Florence Cohen, Spain

Outside of reflexology, I have undertaken training run by London's College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) in the foundations of nutritional health and in natural skincare formulation.

Additionally, I have completed attunements in Reiki I and II, and Shambala Reiki.

A network of support

Based in a busy multi-modality natural health centre, I work closely with a trusted network of colleagues both within the clinic and across the wider practitioner community. This collaborative approach helps ensure you feel supported from all angles of your care.

Alongside this, I am a member of the Great Southern's Holistic Healthcare Network. This network brings practitioners together to help foster genuine connection and collaboration, running regular educational seminars and events within the community.

If I feel your needs would be better supported by another modality, I may suggest a referral so you can move more smoothly towards your health goals and receive the most appropriate care for you.
