Hi, I’m Toria, which is short for Victoria. Here’s my story about how I came to find reflexology and the importance the feet played in my own healing journey.
I was in my late thirties when I first stumbled across reflexology.
At the time, I was working in a stressful corporate job and looking for a therapy that would help me to calm, what essentially felt like, a nervous system in overdrive.
Following that first reflexology session, I was – quite simply – stunned by the deep relaxation benefits along with the greater sense of clarity and focus. I later found that with regular treatments my monthly cycle regulated and was no longer so painful.
It was enough to spark my interest and start investigating further.
Not long afterwards, I quit my corporate job and retrained as a reflexologist so I could share this relaxation therapy with others.

The focus of my practice is helping clients to reduce symptoms of stress, whether they be anxiety, digestive complaints, hormonal problems, poor sleep patterns, fatigue, or pain or tension felt anywhere in the body. I regularly see the lasting changes that can occur when the body and mind enter a more restful state.
In light of the benefits I've experienced myself with reflexology, I also have a special interest in hormone health and helping women to soothe the changes that can come with the monthly cycle.
At the start of the reflexology treatment, I may invite you to use breathing techniques to move into a deeper state of relaxation. When appropriate, lifestyle tips and holistic aftercare advice are included within your session.
