"The treatment took place in a cosy room, with relaxing music and I felt very much at home. In all honesty it is remarkable how healing the experience is. Profoundly relaxing, thoroughly enjoyable and I highly recommend."

Common questions

Answers to common questions about reflexology appointments.

How much does reflexology cost?

Each reflexology session costs $100. The treatment itself lasts 60 minutes but allow 75 minutes for the whole session, which includes a short consultation.

How can I pay for a session?

Both cash and card (Eftpos) payments are accepted. If you're gifting a session to someone, consider buying a gift voucher.

How do I find you?

I'm based at the Albany Centre of Natural Therapies which is just behind Dog Rock car park and next to Dog Rock Dental. See the full address details above.

The entrance to the centre is at the rear of the building. Come straight up the driveway and park in the private car park. There's a comfy waiting room,  together with toilet facilities.

Is there free parking?

Yes, we have a free private car park at the rear of the centre. Just come straight up the driveway. If on the very rare occasion the car park is full, please park at the Dog Rock car park, which is less than a minute's walk away.

Do I need to come early for my first appointment?

If it's your first reflexology appointment with me, you'll need to complete and sign a short form before we get started. Please arrive a few minutes early to do this. I'll leave the form in the waiting room for you.

Is there wheelchair access?

Yes, the centre can be accessed via a ramp for those in wheelchairs or with mobility issues. There is a disabled toilet too.  In the treatment room itself, the massage table can be automatically lowered to make it easy to get on and off the table.

If you do have mobility issues and want to make sure you can be easily accommodated during the appointment, please contact me beforehand so I can make any necessary changes.

Are gift vouchers available?

Yes, you now buy gift vouchers online. There's an optional printed gift card that can either be collected from our centre or sent to the recipient by post.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

That's totally fine. I do just ask for 24 hours' notice so someone else has the opportunity to take your spot. Late cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time are normally charged 50% of the appointment fee, except in emergencies or extenuating circumstances.
