What happens in my first session?

We begin with a short consultation so I can understand what’s bringing you in. The treatment itself is calming, unhurried and tailored to your needs on the day.

Can reflexology help with specific conditions?

Reflexology supports relaxation and the body’s natural balance. It is a complementary therapy and not a medical treatment or diagnosis.

How much does a reflexology session cost?

Sessions are $100 for a 60-minute personalised treatment, including a short consultation and aftercare advice where appropriate. Cash or card payments accepted. 

Can I claim reflexology on private health insurance?

Reflexology is currently not covered under most Australian private health insurance extras policies.

Who should avoid reflexology?

Reflexology may not be suitable in some situations, including during the weeks following surgery, if you have unresolved deep vein thrombosis (DVT) or during certain medical treatments.

If you are unsure whether reflexology is appropriate for you, please get in touch before booking.

Before your appointment

Once your appointment is confirmed, you'll receive an email with everything you need to know before your session. 

If it's your first visit, please arrive a few minutes early to complete a short form. It will be waiting for you at reception.
